Air Vents

Ventilation devices ensure efficient air exchange in living spaces even with tightly closed windows. The variety of air vents available on the market allows you to flexibly adapt the solution to individual needs.

Air vents are installed at the top of the window. External air flows above the occupants’ zone, avoiding unpleasant drafts.

Depending on their operation, we distinguish:

  • Hygro-controlled vents – automatically controlled; the amount of air supplied depends on the humidity inside the room. The higher the humidity, the more air is supplied. This means that depending on the time of day, the amount of incoming air changes. The controlling sensor is a polyamide strip bundle. It is possible to close the damper, limiting airflow to a minimum.
  • Pressure-controlled vents – self-regulating; the amount of air supplied depends on the pressure difference between the outside and inside of the room. Up to the level where the vent reaches maximum performance. Further increase causes the flaps to tilt, reducing airflow, e.g., during strong wind gusts. The damper can be closed, limiting airflow to a minimum.
  • Manual vents – the user manually adjusts the airflow by opening/closing the damper.

Lack of proper room ventilation causes:

  • condensation on window surfaces,
  • humidity in the room, which promotes mold and fungi,
  • poor well-being (headaches, upper respiratory diseases, allergies, etc.),
  • unpleasant odors,
  • condensation of toxic substances emitted by furniture and finishing materials,
  • insufficient air for fuel combustion in gas heaters, fireplaces, etc.

We offer air vents from reputable manufacturers such as:

SIEGENIA

Air ventilation devices for installation in PVC, wooden, and aluminum windows.

Made of aluminum profile with PVC covers.

Equipped with insect mesh as standard.

Color: white RAL 9010 (non-standard colors according to RAL palette on request).

Type of installation: in the frame or on the frame and sash rebate.

Operation type: pressure-controlled.

RENSON

Air ventilation device for installation in PVC, wooden, and aluminum windows.

Made of aluminum profile.

Equipped with thermal break.

Intended for direct installation on glass (20, 24, 28mm).

Color: RAL palette available, also bicolor.

Manual control via cord or rod.

Reduces the glass unit height by only 60mm (installation height 60mm, total height 74mm).

Installation on the upper window frame.

Invisivent Evo is a thermally insulated window vent mounted on the upper frame of PVC, aluminum, or wooden windows. The installation method makes the vent almost invisible and ensures maximum light flow, as the glass surface is not reduced.

Thermal insulation

Cold air from outside does not enter the room.

i-Flux®

The self-regulating flap provides a supply of fresh and healthy air without drafts. The inner profile directs incoming air upwards, ensuring optimal and even distribution of fresh air in the room.

Insect mesh

Burglary resistance

Invisivent Evo vents meet burglary resistance requirements in class 2 according to EN 1627-1630 and can be used in WK2 windows.

DucoPlus 60

div class="wpb_wrapper">

Aluminum top-mounted vent, thermally insulated, intended for installation above 20, 24, or 28mm glass. The vent has a smooth design for better water drainage. The internal channel directs incoming cold air upwards. The perforated inner part acts as an insect mesh. Can be manually operated with a cord or rod.

Features:

– Reduces glass size by only 60mm
– Thermally insulated
– Large open area
– Bicolor version possible
– Green-open and red-closed markings on each end
– Can be permanently locked in the open position
– Easy to install
– Manual control via cord or rod

Characteristics:
– For glass thickness 20, 24, or 28mm
– Glass height reduction: 60mm
– Color: any from RAL palette
– Open area: 15000 mm / m
– Airflow: 50 m³/h/m (at 2Pa pressure difference)
– Water tightness: 900 Pa
– Wind tightness: 900 Pa

AERECO

Automatically controlled. The airflow depends on the water vapor content (relative humidity) in the room, i.e., pollution caused by activities such as washing, cooking, drying, etc. The control sensor is a polyamide tape that changes length with humidity changes, opening or closing the flap and adjusting the air supply.

  • Vents operate in the range of 35–70% relative humidity. If room humidity is ≤35%, the vent is almost closed, supplying minimal air. With increasing humidity, the vent opens, and at 70% or more, maximum capacity is reached.
  • Designed so that outside air does not directly contact the sensor, ensuring indoor conditions are measured.
  • Possible to lock the vent at minimal airflow position.
  • The airflow direction depends on the installation (vertically up or angled).
  • Operates automatically and requires no electrical power.

GEALAN

Can be installed in all profile systems with resistance sealing.

Intended for direct installation on the upper sash edge.

Color: white or brown.

Type: pressure-manual.

Operates automatically. In strong wind, the small flap closes the ventilation channel; when the wind stops, the flap opens, allowing air exchange.
