Top-mounted roller shutters
These are roller shutters mounted onto PVC, aluminium or wooden window frames. An excellent way to create an integrated window recess together with the window. The possibility of matching the colour of the boxes and guides to the window joinery makes this additional protection almost unnoticeable.
The roller shutter box made of rigid PVC is manufactured in the following sizes:
- VegasReno system (16.5 cm, 20.5 cm)
BeClever system (16.5 cm, 20.5 cm, 24.5 cm)
The thermal insulation coefficient K of the box ranges from 0.7 to 1.1. For the top-mounted system, aluminium slats V39 and V45 filled with high-density polyurethane foam as well as the PVC slat V37 are used. A full range of manual and electric drives is available for the top-mounted system.
BE CLEVER
The BeClever system is based on three box sizes (BC 16, BC 20, BC 24), used depending on the height of the roller shutter curtain. All box types have the same width of 255 mm, therefore the upper and lower elements are identical in all three boxes. The box capacity is increased by using different front profiles, identical on the inside and outside of the room. When installation does not include box covering, the surface of the front profile is white and smooth. When the box is intended to be plastered over, the front profile is mounted in reverse – on the outside there is a horizontally grooved cream-coloured surface, and the shutter is additionally equipped with an aluminium angle profile AA00 – a plaster carrier.
Technical data:
The BeClever system is suitable for installation on any type of PVC or wooden window. For this purpose, the box adapter profile – PC00 – is used, which is mounted directly to the upper window frame, after which the complete box is placed onto the window and snaps onto the adapter profile.

In the BC 16 box the PF10 profile is used, in BC 20 the PF20 profile, and in BC 24 the PF20 profile extended with the PF30 profile. The front profile can be mounted in the box in two ways.
