Application:

Characteristics:

  • PVC entrance doors are constructions designed for maximum durability and resistance to changing weather conditions, which guarantees perfect door stability throughout their entire service life,
  • PVC entrance doors are reinforced with steel profiles of a very large cross-section to ensure high resistance to deformation,
  • PVC entrance doors are available in a wide range of colours,
  • PVC entrance doors can be manufactured in many variants: opening outwards or inwards, single-leaf or double-leaf.
  • Entrance doors can be made in traditional or modern designs; fully glazed, partially glazed or solid; filled with smooth or embossed panels, with horizontal, vertical or diagonal embossing.
  • Entrance doors have reinforced corners through the use of so-called “welding corner blocks”,
  • Various types of glass can be used in the doors – basic options include: safety glass, tinted glass, ornamental glass, reflective glass, etc.

Equipment:

  • Standard: aluminium threshold, handle on both sides, strip multipoint locking system (including one lock), 3 surface-mounted hinges
  • Optional: threshold seal, brushes, pull handles, second lock, door closer, electric strike, peephole, keypad, etc.

Decorative panel entrance doors

A very interesting solution offered by our company is the door infill system of the types: insert and overlay by VEYNA.

By choosing this product, you are opting for the highest quality and an original design. Our offer includes decorative panels, from which we manufacture doors with ornamental or clear glass, according to the individual wishes of the customer. The construction method of our infills guarantees high thermal insulation as well as protection against gaps or other deformations caused by temperature changes. As standard, the panel board consists of two layers of GFK cladding with polyurethane foam filling between them. There is also the possibility of using single- or double-sided powder-coated aluminium sheet cladding. Doors made with such infills are easy to keep clean, maintenance-free, and the entire product is made of environmentally friendly materials.

Infill construction technology:

1. A layered plastic panel with thermal insulation K = 1.18 W/m2, specially developed for external applications. It consists of two high-quality laminates (2 x 2 mm) made of glass fibre embedded in polyester resins and a hardened polyurethane foam (PU) RG 60 forming the insulating core of the panel. Building material class – B2 according to DIN 4102.

2. Ornamental cassette made of a polyester resin-based compound permanently bonded to the base panel.

3. Ornamental frame – a decorative infill element – made of a polyester resin-based compound permanently bonded to the base panel.

4. The surface layer of the panel together with frames and cassettes is coated with high-quality acrylic paints resistant to various weather conditions and ultraviolet radiation.
