Terrace doors

Application:
These are lightweight doors usually used as an exit to the terrace, made on a standard window frame and a so-called intermediate sash of 105 mm or 115 mm, in which a door handle and a locking strip with a lock can be installed.

Characteristics:
•    Terrace doors can be manufactured to the standard of entrance doors
•    Terrace doors differ from balcony doors mainly in sash height,
•    Terrace doors can be equipped with a 20 mm high aluminium threshold, giving them new functionality,
•    Terrace doors can open inwards or outwards,
•    Terrace doors can be single- or double-leaf with a movable mullion.

Equipment:
•    Standard: handles on both sides, strip multipoint locking system (including one lock), 3 surface-mounted hinges
•    Optional: aluminium threshold, threshold seal, brushes, pull handles, second lock, additional lock, concealed hinges

Advantages:
•    Statistics show that almost half of burglaries occur through garden doors; the use of multipoint locking systems and stronger profiles increases the level of security.
